JD Firma LLC d/b/a Majestiq Travel – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between JD Firma LLC d/b/a Majestiq Travel (“Majestiq Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) regarding your use of our travel services. By booking travel through Majestiq Travel, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

AGENCY RELATIONSHIP Majestiq Travel acts solely as a booking agent for third-party travel providers (“Suppliers”), including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and insurance companies. Your travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Suppliers. Majestiq Travel is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, or delays of any Supplier.

USE OF SERVICES By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to make travel bookings on behalf of yourself or others. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information when booking. Fraudulent or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Supplier. You authorize Majestiq Travel to charge your chosen payment method for the total travel cost. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated by the Supplier.

If you cancel or change your booking, you may incur cancellation or change fees imposed by the Supplier. All requests must be submitted in writing. We are not responsible for Supplier refusal to provide refunds.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS It is your responsibility to ensure that all required travel documents (passport, visa, ID, etc.) are valid and up to date. Majestiq Travel is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to documentation issues.

RISKS & SAFETY Travel involves inherent risks. We advise reviewing travel advisories from the U.S. Department of State (https://travel.state.gov) and the Centers for Disease Control (https://www.cdc.gov/travel). You assume full responsibility for all travel risks and agree that Majestiq Travel is not liable for any losses or injuries.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Majestiq Travel is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by Suppliers or any event beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the commission or service fee received.

TRAVEL INSURANCE We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, or lost baggage. Majestiq Travel is not an insurance provider and cannot guarantee claims or coverage decisions.

CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITIES You agree to act responsibly and follow all applicable laws and Supplier policies during your travel. Majestiq Travel and its Suppliers reserve the right to refuse service or remove any client for disruptive behavior.

CHANGES TO TERMS Majestiq Travel reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be made available on our website. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You agree to resolve any disputes in the courts of Escambia County, Florida.
